Don’t Give Teens a Bad Rap

Teens often get bad press and bad raps (“adverse opinions or judgments considered undeserved or unjust, see Webster’s Unabridged Dictionary).

On Tuesday, May 4 2010, I had the joy of acting as docent for a group of teens from Manasquan. They were polite, interested and well behaved. They asked great questions and enjoyed the nature as well as the art. As we walked, they noticed a senior citizen wearing a birthday pin, and then they broke out singing “Happy Birthday” to Paul. I know they added to his day. It was fun to show the Grounds to such caring young people.
